To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your return request, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will only be accepted if initiated through our return process. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

As a small business, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. This helps us keep prices affordable for all our customers. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the item you have and, once your return is accepted & received, we will create a new order for the desired product.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 15 business days. Please be aware that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
